The Pointe Santo complex has 2 tennis courts and pickle ball courts (rackets can be loaned out from the maintenance office), shuffleboard, volleyball, bean bag toss and a shelling station. Lounge chairs are also lined along the beach in front of the complex. There are bike racks by the parking spaces.

Deposit Requirements
In addition to the weekly rate there is 11.5% tax but no other fees. This rate includes all linens (beds made), towels, beach towels, beach gear and departure cleaning. 20% of full payment required by credit card to reserve unit and the remaining balance is due 60 days in advance of your stay by check or credit card.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If cancel before 60 days of arrival return of deposit less service fee. If within 60 days of arrival and unit cannot be re-booked the deposit is forfeited; otherwise, return of deposit minus the service fee. Refunds are not given for emergency weather/issues or if the island has a mandatory evacuation. Obtaining trip insurance is advised if this is a concern.
House Rules
This is a non-smoking unit, including the lanai, as well as complex. There are designated areas for smoking. There will be a fine imposed for violating this policy. Maximum occupancy is 6 and this is strictly enforced. If found to have more than 6 guests (infants count too) you will be asked to leave the property without any refund. We enjoy using our unit ourselves as much as renting it out for others to enjoy. In that light, we believe a vacation rental ought to be as nice or nicer than one's own home...after all most of us only have one or two vacations a year! We continually strive to keep our unit updated in furniture, amenities and up to date media and entertainment.

Perfect Island Condo!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending time in this terrific condo on the wonderful island of Sanibel. I have stayed at both this condo and the one next door, which is owned by the same couple and LOVE them both. I stayed the first time for a girlsโ€™ weekend and most recently to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. These beautifully condos were perfect for both occasions and would be great for multiple families vacationing together as well. Each condo is professionally decorated and extremely well-equipped with all the kitchen items we could need and even a great assortment of beach items, which saved us from having to bring all our own. The screened in deck was the perfect place to drink my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the great view of the ocean which is only steps away. The condos overlook the great pool/hot tub as well, which was never crowded or noisy, and are also just a very short walk from the tennis courts, which we enjoyed. From Pointe Santo you can bike to great places to eat and shop and also to a local nature preserve area. I truly canโ€™t say enough great things about these condos or the wonderful owners who were responsive when we booked and provided great insider info about making the most of our time in Sanibel.

Perfect Island Condo!

Gracious and spacious

We were amazed by the gracious owners who communicated so quickly and clearly about the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking when you feel like staying in. They had a very helpful notebook with nearby restaurants and attractions that was much appreciated-- we would highly recommend The Sand Bar and the Mad Hatter!. In addition, they had games, DVD's, and an Apple TV. There was also a surprisingly full storage closet with and umbrella, beach chairs (an awesome bonus since we were flying and couldn't take our own chairs), a collapsable wonder wheeler cart to easily carry all of your beach things in one load down the elevator. (Beside making the unit handicap accessible, the elevator was so helpful for carrying groceries and beach stuff up and down!!). There were also a wide variety of sand and water toys in the storage closet. In addition, they also had cold packs (already in the freezer ready to go!) and a couple of different sized coolers which were very helpful! (Again, most helpful when you are flying and can't bring those additional items!) It seems that the owners have anticipated all of your needs! The rooms were spacious, each with a full bath connected. (The room with two beds had a door connecting to the bedroom and also to the kitchen/dining area for easy use). There is plenty of seating- bar seating at the kitchen island and also at the bar between the kitchen and dining areas as well as the dining room table and table in the lanai. The living area layout works nicely for lounging and watching movies. We really loved the lanai! It was so lovely, particularly in the mornings to sit out there with breakfast and listen to the birds and watch and listen to the waves rolling in! And most importantly, the beach is awesome! WOW, so tropical feeling and relaxing...and you can't help but look for shells. They have a chart listed by the beach to help identify your shells. (It is addicting!) We did not go to the pool as much, but it seemed like the perfect place for young families and those who did not want to venture down to the beach. The unit is convenient to the beach, so if you forget something, it is easy to run back to the unit. I would highly recommend this clean, well appointed unit!
