So how do you convert an inquiry into an actual reservation and finally into a paying guest? Simply click on the “Create Quote” after viewing that inquiry and it will launch a pop-up with the details of your rates. Once you finalize the quote, click “Send Quote”, and it will create a tentative reservation on your calendar. When the traveler confirms and pays for the reservation, your calendar will be booked for those dates. Nice, right?
