With five offices, a dedicated staff of rental management professionals, and hundreds of properties under our administration, we are one of the largest rental management companies in The Keys, and the only single company with offices stretching from Key Largo to Key West. We are also associated with the Keys’ oldest and most successful real estate company. We have vacation rental inventory for every area of the Keys, for every need, every time frame, and every budget.
To introduce myself, I am Kitty Whalton and a rental agent with Florida Keys Vacation Rentals Inc. Our office has 5 locations and I am in the Middle Keys office and cover the City of Marathon, Key Colony Beach and Duck Key area. With the exception of Duck Key (which is on a 28 day minimum) our properties are licensed for weekly rentals and the Middle Keys is a great central location in the islands for family vacations. I have been in the Middle Keys for over 40 years, a licensed Realtor for 35 and vacation rental agent for 17 years and offer my knowledge of the area and our properties to help you to find the right property for your vacation needs.
