About the Property
This 3 bedroom 3 bath house is 4 lots from the beach in the Pierpont Beach area. There are ocean views from several rooms including from the jacuzzi in the large master bath. We have a full kitchen, living room and dining room and a powder room downstairs Our back yard is enclosed and is a comfortable area for outside dining and barbeque ( have a gas grill for use by our guests). This 3 bedroom 3 bath house is 4 lots from the beach in the Pierpont Beach area. There are ocean views from several rooms including from the jacuzzi in the large master bath. We have a full kitchen, living room and dining room and a powder room downstairs Our back yard is enclosed and is a comfortable area for outside dining and barbeque ( have a gas grill for use by our guests). Our bedrooms are on the second story with 2 of our 3 bathrooms. The house is quite comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores

Bedroom 1 is the master suite with large master bath, jacuzzi tub and also a separate shower and a balcony looking out over the pretty back yard. Bedroom 2 is a queen room with view of the ocean and access to the deck which looks out over the ocean. Bedroom 3 is the "kids" room with twin and full beds. This room looks away from the beach to the mountains...it has a porthole round window

This house is casual, comfortable, and close to the beach. The ocean view from the jacuzzi in the large black and white tiled master bedroom is the most unique feature of the house. Guests really enjoy sitting on our deck overlooking the ocean and also enjoy dining in the backyard. People also love the skylights in the hallways which brightens the entire house.
