Two-bedroom, two-bath, adults only, condominium conveniently located on 54th Street – 5405 Coastal Highway, Bay Side, Unit 414. This cozy, pet and smoke-free, home comfortably sleeps four people and features the following: a master bedroom with King bed and adjoining bathroom with shower and separate jetted tub; a spare bedroom with Queen bed and separate bathroom complete with shower and tub; cable TV in each room; central air conditioning; a fully-equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware; blender; coffeemaker; dishwasher; microwave; garbage disposal; washer/dryer and gas fireplace. Sheets, towels and paper products are not included in this rental. King and Queen-sized Comforters are included. The outdoor pool and hot tub are located on the third level and the beach is only one-block away. One reserved parking space is provided and ample unmarked spaces are also available.
Check-In/Out: Saturday-to-Saturday, weekend, and mid-week rentals are accepted (3 night minimum stay). Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
Payment: Personal or cashier's checks.
Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking. We understand the normal wear and tear to every home, but this security deposit protects us (in a very small way) from any missing items and/or damage caused by the Tenant or the Tenant's guests. We simply ask that you leave the condo in the same condition as when you checked-in, and your security deposit will be fully-refunded to you upon receipt of the door key.
Tenants: 30 years old is the minimum renter age limit.
