Perfect location, lovely home, enjoyed our stay as always. This was our third stay and it will for sure not be our last. The condo was just what our family of 6 needed. It is spacious and Jori makes sure every attention to detail is covered. Even though it says it's a 3 bedroom, the maid's room which is a little closet-room in other units is double the size. The bunk beds, loveseat and bathroom in the maid's room were perfect for our teenagers to have their own space. We've seen other units in the building and nothing compares to this. From the travertine marble floors to the individual air conditioners to the beautiful decor, it's perfect. We also felt very secure and safe in both Bay View Grand and in town. Security was thorough when we arrived and during our stay.
We have come to BVG For the past 9 years and this unit is by far the nicest and most comfortable that we have found. We spent a lot of time on the patios very comfortable furniture just enjoying the view. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the extensive recent renovations and new furnishings.

From the moment we walked in, we fell in LOVE with all of it. The artwork, the marble floors, the huge wrap around terrace, the comfortable beds. We had stayed in Jori's 2 bedroom condo at BVG before, but this new 3 bedroom takes the cake! The completely remodeled it–everything new and professionally decorated. The views are beautiful, can't get enough of that sunset! We loved that it's so close to shopping and restaurants, just a short walk to the grocery. The entire property is incredibly well maintained. Very safe area, and the security at BVG is great.
This is the place! It's absolutely beautiful. Jori and Steve completely renovated it–everything is brand new, and they put so much thought into it. The appliances are all top notch, and beds are super comfortable. It's clear they bought top quality everything from the sheets to the comforters to the furniture. There was nothing we could have asked for–they thought of everything. The 75" tv is wonderful, and you can swing it around to watch tv on the balcony. There was ample space for our whole family, and the kids loved the bunk beds! The building is extremely secure, the security gate is always guarded for complete safety. We loved the cafe–great food–everything was very affordable. We absolutely will stay here again, and HIGHLY recommend Jori's condo! They were so accomodating, and left nothing to chance.
