The house is located in the west part of town Biograd, just a few minutes from downtown, famous marina Kornati and orthopaedic hospital. The beach and the supermarket are just 70 m away. In a big typical mediterranean garden (700sqm) with old olive tree, lavander, beautiful fig tree, you can find a 25sqm terrace with parasols, plastic tables with chairs and a big grill. On the other covered 30sqm terrace there is a big wooden table with benches and a garden swing for two. There are 5 parking places in the back yard.
