Ocean Palms a comfortable, Environmentally Responsible, 1 bedroom apartment located toward the East End of Roatan, on the North Shore. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil - Listen to the birds, geckos and the ocean waves. Perfect location to unwind in the Spa/Plunge pool after a hard day diving, snorkeling, fishing, or exploring the rest of the island
The living room, and huge covered deck overlook the reef and turquoise water, one lot off the ocean's edge. This 480 square foot Bungalow is fully furnished with all the items you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom has a queen size bed, all kitchen appliance with all utensils for cooking, comfortable Living room with TV. On the outside deck,deck chairs and table to relax with your favorite beverage and watch the ocean.
Included in the rental price are: A Local Cell phone for use as you explore the island, Internet access Wifi available, TV, private driveway parking. The Spa/Plunge pool is shared with the owner and apartment.
Solar Power and backup batteries guarantee no power outages.
Nice breezes year around so A/C is generally not needed. Electric is included in one and two week rental rates, but A/C is an additional fee of $10 a day if used. An allowance for Monthly rental electric of $50 per month is included in monthly rates. Overage will be charged if used. The apartment has its own meter.
Highly recommend renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle for transportation as you will be exploring the eastern areas of the island that are not as developed, along dirt/gravel roadways.
We have a lot of fun on the East End of Roatan - a much different experience than the West end. Come and live in the community, get to know the people who live on Roatan and keep coming back like the renters before you!

Great central location for exploring Roatan's less crowded East End! Bungalow is brand new, fully stocked, and a peaceful oasis. The host (Miz Liz) knows pretty much everyone on the East End and will definitely point you in the right direction.
