The condo is furnished for adults and not child-proofed, so no children under 8 years old without permission of owner. Enjoy yourself, but please be respectful of the neighbors. Per City of Palm Springs Ordinance 1918: No amplified music outside on the balcony or at the pool area.

I have stayed at this condo on three different occasions and it is a fantastic getaway spot. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The condo is a comfortable, clean, and well stocked. With a small library of books and DVDs plus cable, AC, laundry, and a well equipped kitchen, it's much homier than any hotel/motel.
