Why This Property?

We are a family from Morelia, we first bought a house 35 years ago, we still own and rent it. We bought our condo to be right on the beach. Over the years BVG Residential has acquired an excellent reputation for its location, excellent management. Most of our renters are return guests.

Unique Benefits

Our building has 14 floors plus penthouse. It is right on the beach with private area with palapas and lounge chairs. two large pools plus children pools. Highly secure building, snack restaurant on the premises. Extremely well managed and very clean. Concierge service for all your questions. Ideal for families, long-term stays.

Owners are pleasant to deal with, provided us with lots of information and responded quickly. The BVG is amazing!! The condo is clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside by the pool, on the golf course or going out to all the great restaurants in the area. The kitchen is well equipped but we did not use it. A great place to hang your hat in Ixtapa.
