During summer weeks enjoy the free family movie at the Lake Sunday nights, Fireworks on Thursday nights, Concerts Friday nights and Bingo Wednesday nights at the Boardwalk. Tour Fort Fisher, an historic Revolutionary war landmark, the ferry goes over to Southport daily a quaint historic fishing village – great shopping – bring your bikes. Tranquility Penthouse is the top TWO floors of an over/under seaside duplex comprised of a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, 4 of which are En Suites.

You can enjoy those spectacular penthouse ocean views without the hassle of climbing all those stairs because this property has an elevator accessible to both floors for your convenience.

When you walk in the door of the 1st floor dazzling open concept living, dining and kitchen space you will feel your stress instantly melt away. The property is currently in the process of being updated with new flooring throughout, all new furnishings, bedding, fresh paint, but its most splendid feature is the Oceanside decks which spans the shared oceanfront pool. and the magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Within the Family Room you will find comfortable seating with a large Sectional Sofa that doubles as a Sleeper for a couple of little one, and a 60" Flat Screen TV. Cooking in this impresive kitchen while still enjoying the picturesque views is certainly no chore for the cook in your family. This space lead to an Ocean front bedroom suite is ideally located on this floor, furnished with a King bed, also enjoys private access to the deck outside as well as an En Suite. The remaining 2 street side bedrooms on this floor share access to a full bath which includes a King, and the other bedroom with a Twin over Queen bunk.

Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the Tranquility Penthouse. The top floor master on this floor is a true Master Retreat with a King-Sized bed, 48" Flat Screen, ottoman that folds to a twin sleep bed, En Suite with a Jetted Tub, and last but not least access to the oceanfront deck with endless views. The 2nd Oceanfront Bedroom on this floor includes a King-Sized bed with En Suite and access to the oceanfront deck. The 6th street side bedroom also has a king and a private En Suite.

The comfort doesn’t stop on the inside either. Tranquility Penthouse offers access to an oceanfront sparkling swimming pool which is carefully secured for your little ones, this beautiful outside space is also equipped with a gas grill for cook-out.

Although the best features would have to be the covered and uncovered furnished decks off the 3 oceanfront master bedrooms and the living room space with endlessly, fabulous views. An elevator accessible from the carport makes both levels accessible and convenient.
