Our luxurious vacation home is perfect for two families, multi-generations or smaller groups looking for space. Villa Southern Dunes sleeps up to 10 in two king en suite rooms and two Disney-themed twin rooms sharing our Little Mermaid bathroom.

Our west-facing pool ensures a sunny pool from mid-morning till sunset and is lit for an evening swim or dinner al fresco. We always have a box full of inflatable and other pool toys for your use. A security fence and door/window alarms are provided to give you peace of mind.
The price INCLUDES WiFi, aircon, BBQs (gas & charcoal, you supply fuel & clean), Garmin Sat Nav, telephone calls to 60 countries (landlines only in some countries - UK), pool toys and loads more.
With us there are no hidden charges - all the above is included in the quoted price with NO CREDIT CARD FEES.

I'm Di, part-owner of Villa Southern Dunes with partner Paul and his brother Richard. I've loved visiting America since 1990 and bought our Florida house in 2008. Fortunately, Paul and I love DIY as our vacations include regular improvements to the property to keep it up to standard for our guests. Why This Property?
We loved the wide open layout of our house model - with two lounges, cathedral ceilings, large double garage for our games room and two en suite bedrooms. The golf course in our community keeps everywhere looking green and relaxing.
