Large Elegant Lake Front Home with a Sandy Beach and Private Dock on the Main Lake.. It is a great value. The home has an open design with cathedral ceilings, large recreational room with wet bar, and a great room that opens to a dining room/kitchen combo, It has spacious upper and lower decks that are perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The Master Bedroom is exceptionally spacious with a cathedral ceiling and walkout to the upper decks large covered screened-in porch. The master bath is enormous and elegant with a large double shower with two shower heads, large Jacuzzi tub, dimmed lighting, beautiful tile, and large double sink vanity. The stylish kitchen is equipped with an island, two ovens, and other amenities that make meal preparation a pleasure. There are two very large bedrooms down stairs that have walkouts to the lower deck facing the lake and an entertainment area that is perfect for kids. The recreational room is extremely large and has all the entertainment space you could ever need featuring a large wet bar with refrigerator, foosball and pool table, dart board, big screen Tv, and walkout to lower deck. . If other guest would prefer a different venue they can escape just down the hall to an entertainment area that has its own Tv and DVD, perfect for kids.
Eagles Landing is perfect for water sports and fishing enthusiasts, or to just simply get away and relax. This vacation home is situated on 12 wood acres and an easy walk down a nicely wooded path will take you to the lake, sandy beach, private dock, and beautiful sunsets.
Kerr Lake is for those who love water sports of any kind, or simply enjoys the beauty of the landscape and wildlife that the lake provides. With 50,000 acres of water filled with white, striped and largemouth bass, catfish, crappie and walleye, and 800 miles of shoreline, you can always find a secluded cove on this lake, even on a busy holiday weekend. Also in close proximity are several State and Federal Parks that provide scenic walking and biking trails. Historic Clarksville is only 5 miles away which provides shopping and dining.

We purchased this property because of its 12 wooded acres. We looked at properties on other lakes but the lakes always seemed so crowded and had a lot of boat traffic; rush hour or grid lock on the water. Kerr Lake is huge by comparison to most lakes in Va.. We never seem to have a problem finding a quite cove to do water sports. Because the shoreline is governed by the USACE it is kept in a natural state and is absolutely gorgeous. We can always find a nice quite spot to come ashore and enjoy the day. It is always a pleasure to see Eagles and other wild life. Needless to say the fishing is excellent. Clarksville is a very nice town and the people are very friendly and helpful. We know you will enjoy your stay and have a great lake vacation experience.
