All our guests are treated like Famiglia before, during and after their visit to our home. Casa La Famiglia is an Old-World Mediterranean style villa designed by renowned St. John architect Michael Oxman.

We are steps above Klein Bay, which is our favorite part! We have built a private custom stone and brick walkway path that leads directly to the street below Casa La Famiglia, toward our private beach access. Our beach is a pebble beach with areas of shade and sun. Bring our beach chairs for some fun while you snorkel Klein Bay. We are also snorkel distance to Ditleff Point and Monte Bay. Jump on our kayaks for an adventure in the morning, visiting all the small bays around us! Casa La Famiglia Villa is a hidden gem.

The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 90 days before check-in.
If the reservation is outside 180 days, then a minimum of $2000 or 25% (whichever is greater) is due as the first deposit to secure your reservation.

The next payment is due at 180 days prior to your arrival which will bring your total deposit to 50% of the total due.
The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival.
If the reservation is outside 90 days but within 180 of your arrival- then the regular 50%/50% deposit is required.
If the reservation is within 90 days, then the full amount is due.

Last week, the first week of July, 2017, I spent the week at Casa La Famiglia! This was by far the most amazing and beautiful place I have ever seen. The house, the view, the pool, the beach, everything about it was beyond perfect! Not only did we vacation there, but we got married there! The owners arranged a wedding planner and a concierge service for us, and made our wedding a dream come true. Everything was just perfect! There were 10 of us staying in the house, with age ranges from 6 to over 70, and every single one of us felt like we were at home. There is plenty of space to give everyone there privacy if they need it, but also an amazing lay out where everyone can hang out together and enjoy the incredible views, from both inside and outside. We swam, snorkeled, kayaked, and relaxed by the beautiful infinity pool. The manager helped when we had questions, the first night's cook provided an amazing dinner to welcome us, and the cleaning service kept us clean and stocked with necessities. The owners are so easy to talk to to and made us feel like family! They provided us with games and movies that were all geared towards the ages of our 4 kids, and had a stocked closet with equipment for outdoor fun! They didn't miss a single detail when building this home. It truly was a vacation of a lifetime. Coming home ... well let's just say we almost didn't! haha! The beaches on St John are by far the most beautiful I have ever seen. All of the little restaurants are soooo good, and many are very allergy friendly, which was very nice to see. I highly recommend this home to anyone! You will never want to vacation anywhere different!
Casa La Famigilia was home to 9 ladies celebrating my "special" birthday. From the moment we stepped through the front door we got to see a glimpse of what heaven must look like. The Casa is roomy but cozy. Overlooking the open foyer was an infinity pool and a gorgeous hot tub. The view will take your breath away and you can see God's handiwork in the stars at night.The 4 master suites and teen room overlook Klein Bay with private balconys and outdoor showers. The kitchen was fit for Wolf Gang Puck with everything you could possibly need or want to cook a meal. It was so nice to have laundry and dishwashing detergent provided. The meal on arrival was great and the birthday gift bags with my tiera made me feel special. The staff was readily available to answer questions or provide services I actually could of stayed in the Casa the whole week but our other girlfriends needed to see St John. Christine was so easy to work with and provided us with every bit of information we needed and our deposit was returned within a week. That was nice so I could pay for my new jewelry.This is the best place I have ever stayed and definitely made for a King and Queen.
We fell in love the moment we walked through the doors. The most peaceful, beautiful sight I have ever seen—and that was only the view. The infinity pool, when photographed, gives the illusion that you are floating in the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is spectacular and has everything you will need to experience a carefree vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped along with every spice you could possibly need for a home cooked meal via the gourmet stove or the top of the line outdoor BBQ grill. Christine and Mark’s staff is top notch. Mr. Piper was waiting for us at the agreed upon time to drive us to the Villa. On the way to the Villa, he stopped to point out important locations on the island (preferred grocery store, gas station, quieter beach, construction site of second Villa). Upon arrival, he brought us into the great room where there were party favors, balloons, a banner, and a birthday card! I completely forgot that I had told Christine that this was the reason for the trip! I was very moved that she went the extra mile to make us feel special and welcomed!! Mr. Piper was always available for any questions, suggestions for must see beaches and/or restaurants, or any other needs that our group had. We had prearranged with Crystal, Christy’s of St. John, for breakfast, lunch, and beverage provisioning—which I highly recommend. She had purchased all of the items on our list and put them away. Within minutes of our arrival, we changed into our suits, grabbed a favorite beverage, and took in the view while floating in the infinity pool!! This was our first trip to lovely St. John and it was everything and more that we had hoped it would be. I now understand why everyone that I had ever talked to that visited this beautiful place had guaranteed me that I would fall in love and have to come back. We are planning on a return visit in 2019 and will definitely rent from Christine!!
