Private entrances, driveway and laundry are just the beginning. All the comforts of home and more await you. The only shared space you will find is the pool area (please check amenities for more information) . This home was built as an upper/lower duplex. It is not a "modified" home. This rental is legal at to code :)

- Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

11. Pool: No persons under the age of _25__ permitted in pool area without parental supervision. Pool use needs to be arranged in advance so that owners may provide access.
12. Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood-burning, please do not burn anything other than firewood or Duraflame logs. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
