The lower level of the villa houses the living room with a triple glass sliding door with an ocean front view, breakfast nook off from the chef ready kitchen with custom cherry oak cabinets, accompanied by a formal dining room, den/family room/home office with gorgeous built-ins and a pull out sofa with a queen size mattress. Downstairs also house three of the four bedrooms.
