-Water: water in the house is not drinkable, please only drink bottled water
-Please also note: Water in Mykonos, as in almost every Greek island is scarce. Furthermore, in Mykonos, there is no public water network. Villa Kanalia has a large water reservoir that gets filled up as and when required. Please be weary of water consumption when you are taking a shower etc.
-Villa Kanalia is strictly a non-smoking residence. Kindly respect the non-smoking policy within the houses
-Linen / Towels: linen are changed every 3rd day, and towels every 2nd day, unless otherwise requested. We are very cautious/sensitive about reckless water consumption, kindly help us in this respect.
-Cable TV. In the off chance you prefer staying indoors the Ground floor TV in the main house has cable. If you have any issues, please call the provider on 18345.
-The house keeper will be providing you with remote controls for the Gate of the complex. Please note that should the remote controls be lost or damaged the cost is EUR 35 per control.
