In the event that the Renter cancels the reservation for any reason, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by the Renter’s Check-In Date, the Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs. Perfect for couples

Left on May 24, 2018 for a stay in May 2018 La Jolla Couples Retreat is a fabulous place for couples, located in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance of several very good restaurants. It is a cottage in the backyard of the owner's house and is very private and quiet. It is close to the principal shops and restaurants of La Jolla and conveniently located for going to all the major tourist sites of the San Diego area. The cottage is also fully equipped with anything you may need. And the owner is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved the place.

Perfect Location in La Jolla FIVE STARS Left on Apr 6, 2017 for a stay in Mar 2017 Steve was a great host for our visit to La Jolla. His retreat was absolutely perfect for us. It had all the amenities of home including a fireplace, a great bed, and even beach chairs! The location was walkable to La Jolla Cove and great restaurants which we found ideal. He provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring and dining which proved invaluable since we were only able to stay for two days. Our experience only whetted our appetite to go back and spend more time at Steve's lovely La Jolla retreat.
