The condo is decorated in a comfortable island motif. There is a complete kitchen, a TV in each bedroom, cable, DVD, in unit Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth/USB/AM-FM stereo in the living room, which ensures you will not miss the comforts of home.
Just below your gulf facing lanai are miles of sugar white beach. While enjoying the world class shelling along the beach, be sure to keep an eye out for diving pelicans, manatees, and dolphins which will be hunting the fish rich waters.
It’s just a short walk over the drawbridge spanning Big Carlos Pass, there you’ll find yourself at the entrance to Lover’s Key State Park. The Travel Channel has rated the state park beach as one of Florida’s Top Ten Beaches.

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving. We are very particular about where we stay and this condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and the owners provide almost everything you need. Bill and Brenda are wonderful to work with. We booked this condo for next year before we left to go home because we were so impressed!
We just spent 3 fantastic weeks in this unit and everything about it was perfect! The furnishings are comfortable, and has every convenience. The location of the unit in the building is convenient to the pool and the grill area. Bill is wonderful too deal with and very responsive which is a big plus. The Carlos Pointe complex is well cared for, very clean and secure. Definitely a great choice!

Bill and Brenda were awesome to work with. Everything was spotless when we arrived at the condo. There was more than enough space and we really enjoyed the screened in porch looking out over the pool area and beach/ocean. We bought groceries for the week and had more than enough cooking/kitchen supplies for the week. It was also nice that the condo was fully decorated, it made the place feel much more homey and bright. Having the washer and drier in the unit was also great for washing clothes and towels throughout the week! The location is perfect because you get a little peace and quiet away from the main downtown area but we were still able to socialize with everyone down in the pool. There was a trolli bus stop right outside the building but even without that it is a short drive to go anywhere on the island. We also used Uber a few times and the drivers always recommended great restaurants!
