The modern tiled bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The bedroom is on the upper level and offers another deck overlooking the sea.
Seals, otters, mink, kingfishers, osprey and eagles are just some of the wildlife that will entertain you by day. In the summer evening you can relax over a candlelight dinner on your deck and enjoy the sunset. If it’s cooler, snuggle in front of the wood fireplace with a glass of wine or a good book and let the peaceful, soothing atmosphere work its charms on you.

Why This Property?
We wanted an escape from the city to an oceanfront setting in a rural area and found this lovely spot.
We are ideally located in the Gulf Islands between Victoria and Vancouver and only minutes from the San Juan Islands in Washington State. We are easily accessible by car, ferry, float plane or by boat to our private dock.

(20 inches) of rain a year and a unique west coast environment produces the warmest, most comfortable year round climate anywhere in Canada. Over 33% of our island is parkland and its natural beauty can be enjoyed from many walking trails and country roads.

(I'm Frenchspeaking, my vocabulary is not so good. Sorry.)This property is a real paradise for people who like to be quiet and enjoy nature : beautiful trees, flowers, waterfront. The cottage is absolutely lovely and perfectly clean, very well furnished and with all you need in a household. The owners' home is just besides the cottage. They are charming persons, very helpful and discreet at the same time. Ideal place for people who need to rest completely.

We had a truly wonderful time at the Coach House - the best way to unwind in such a beautiful setting. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. Jane and Dennis are the consummate hosts. We will be back!

My husband and I just enjoyed a lovely week in this quaint cottage on the water. It had all the amenities and more, very clean and well organized and with stunning views of the sunsets over the water. We would highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone who is wanting some R&R. Our dog came with us and she enjoyed all the hikes and beaches that Pender Island had to offer.
