Why This Property?
The Cozy Cottage was our first vacation rental. What caught our eye is the uniqueness of this cottage. It has a well cared for hot tub that sits just outside the Master Suite bedroom in the lower level. It is beautifully and uniquely decorated by myself and maintained in top condition.

The glass sliding door in the living room allows you so sit inside and look at the beautiful forest top trees, or sit outside on the beautiful deck and barbecue with the family/friends. There is a bird feeder on the tree that you can watch the birds come and go, and I furnish peanuts outside that you can feed the squirrels that frequently visit.
