Why This Property?
We really enjoy the Rhode Island coastline and especially the Narragansett area. We had been looking at vacation properties for some time. We knew this was the house for us as soon as we saw it! It is in on a quiet dead end street and very convenient to beaches and restaurants, many of which are just a a short walk away.

Very clean and nicely decorated

Our family enjoyed a great week in this home It is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Loved the deck but wish we could acces the yard from it! Owners were very nice to work with and answered all of our questions promptly

This was our 3rd year in this beautiful home and we will be returning!! Everything about this house is amazing from the wonderful owners, awesome out door shower, beautiful décor, to the spectacular upper deck perfect for stargazing!!

I can't say enough good things about this beach house. Jen and Jay were wonderful from day 1! The house was beautiful, it was not far from the beach at all. We stayed at the house with another couple and their kids and there was plenty of room for us all. We never felt cramped or in anyone's way. The decks are just amazing. My favorite was the top deck. Every night we left the slider open and had a gorgeous breeze into the living room. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is considering it. Jay was very responsive with any questions I had. We mostly communicated through text which was great for me and he always was very prompt at getting back to me. Thanks again for allowing us to create some amazing memories with our kiddos at your home! We hope to be back again in the years to come!
