"PRIVATE" back woods lodging with modern comforts including central air & heat adjoining Pike State Forest & only 1.8 miles from Pike Lake. We have 32 acres of privacy & our own trials that adjoins just under 13,000 acres of Pike State Forest!!
Our 1200 sq. ft. Greenbriar Ranch has all the amenities that you would need. We have decorated the home like it was our own, in a pleasing southwest decor & will sleep 6 comfortably. We also just completed some major renovations to the interior and added concrete walkways to the home to bring it up to today's luxury of living.
The Ranch offers a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials- with updated tin back splash, It include: Coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster, microwave, large griddle, can opener, wine glasses, all utensils, all dishes, linens, pots & pans.
Large cathedral living room with wood beams and rock wall gas fireplace, DVD, Satellite TV with over 250 channels & Sports channels for those big games, 55" flat screen Plasma TV, WII System (please bring your own games and controllers), Some movies, Queen sleeper sofa with bedding provided in Master bedroom closet, coffee table, 1 log rocker, 1 Fainting chair, 1 log chair, end tables, throw blankets, games, puzzles, magazines, cards, books and a special area that is just for kids that includes toys, coloring books, crayons, reading books, stuffed animals & small rocker. Full dining room table with seating for 6, including a bar with 2 log stools with new cedar wall.
MASTER BEDROOM: "The Cowboy": King size log bed with new luxury bedding, memory foam, Self setting alarm clock, DVD, Satellite TV, 50" Flat screen, ceiling fan, robes, iron & board, beach towels, twin-size roll a-way & extra bedding in closet. There is also a full attached bath with all linens & amenities including, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, facial soap, bath soap & hand soap!
QUEEN BEDROOM: "The Wolf": 32" flat screen TV, DVD, more books for kids, port a crib, extra bedding & ceiling fan, alarm clock with USB port, end tables, extra box fan in closet. (There is no satellite TV in this room). Stuffed Mr. Wolf at the end of the bed to greet you!
FULL BEDROOM: "The Bear": Antique Wrought Iron bed, 32" flat screen TV, DVD, extra bedding, bath robes, ceiling fan, alarm clock with USB port, end table & bed-rail in closet for the youngsters. (There is no satellite TV in this room). Stuffed Mr. Bear is at the end of the bed to greet you as you enter the door.
2ND FULL BATH: There is another full bath between the 2 smaller bedrooms that includes all linens, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, lotion, facial soap, bath soap & hand soap.
