"We try to take a vacation for a week to the beach about once a year. We have stayed in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Ft. Walton Beach, and Destin. This condo is our new favorite! I traveled with my boys, my boyfriend, my brother and his wife, and my parents. We had plenty of space. We LOVED the huge balcony! Not just that it was a wraparound corner balcony but how wide it was! We never used the living room because we would all just sit out on the balcony and watch the ocean! And we were never crowded out there! The kitchen is stocked well past my expectations. I'm used to the typical dollar store items with only like one pot, one skillet, and maybe a baking sheet with one set of silverware. There was plenty of everything and good quality! Pizza pan, pizza cutter (must haves for my autistic son who ate nothing but frozen pizza when we cooked in the room!), a big pot to boil corn in, tongs, plenty of spatulas and serving spoons, knives, baking sheets (multiple!), several pots and frying pans of various sizes to choose from all good quality, and the electric skillet we used almost every day. Loved having a keurig available too! I'm a one cup coffee drinker and hate making a pot for just one cup. The towels in the bathrooms were great quality. And having access to a few noodles and boards for the pool and ocean was an appreciated gesture! (We left behind one that wasn't as practical for my 5'10" oldest child as he thought it would be for others to enjoy lol!) There were books and games available in the room for us to use which we didn't take advantage of but I thought was very nice to offer for those that might have the opportunity to do so as well. The pools at the condo were great when we didn't feel like being on the beach. I kind of wish the outdoor pool was open past 10 sometimes but I understand it's out of respect for the condos right near it and the noise it creates. I felt way more like a guest in a friend's home with the amenities of being able to use some recreational extras provided in the room as well as the well supplied kitchen than I have at any other condo. Very comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely look to stay again!"

This 3BR/2BA NON-SMOKING Condominium is in the Summer House Complex, a class above the other resorts, and a gated community. It has breathtaking views for miles and miles from its 14th floor tiled balcony that wraps around our corner unit. Now, this balcony is SO big you can lay on the lounge chair and still have room at your feet for someone to pass in front of you! ALL of you will have enough room to sit on the balcony at one time, not in shifts! You can watch the dolphins play! Hear the waves, sip that morning coffee in peaceful bliss, see the stars, ships, manta rays, toast the sunset...

You'll be surrounded in luxury in this completely furnished unit with many extras, such as a full size washer and dryer, full stereo with CD player, four DVD players! Flat screen TV's in every room! Master bedroom is gulf-front, with a BRAND NEW king bed and its' own door to the huge balcony. The side bedroom has a NEW KING BED!. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full size bed to sleep four in one room! And also a 25 inch TV with VCR/DVD! Blackout curtains in all rooms so you might get a chance to sleep in - maybe the kids will too?
Each bedroom opens to the balcony. Two full-size bathrooms - the master has the HUGE walk in shower and was just totally remodeled for your comfort and use, the guest has the HUGE bathtub!! Soft fluffy towels for eight, and clean fresh Egyptian sheets on all the beds will be waiting! Every room has been freshly redecorated and updated! We even have a 'butler' to great you and hold your keys! (He keeps all secrets too, what happens at the beach stays at the beach!)Totally equipped kitchen with all stainless steel NEW appliances and EVERY possible item provided -coffee maker, grinder, blender, bagel toaster,all new cookware too!
We spent the winter updating the bunk room and guest master. The pictures do not do it justice as to how beautiful the rooms came out!
This spacious corner unit allows extra sunlight to the living and dining room, and spectacular sunsets from the side. Relaxing multi-color city lights to dine by! Plenty of room to sit back and relax. Even on the 14th floor, you can still hear the ocean lull you to sleep! The living room is peaceful and relaxing. Luxury all around.

My husband, son and daughter and I began visiting the area in 1989. We loved it so much we purchased a two bd/2 bath as a rental investment and for our personal use each year. Again, we loved it so much we purchased this condo at Summer House, with additional room for our growing family. In 2006 we achieved my life long dream by moving to nearby Lillian Alabama from Michigan. No more snow - hurra

Again, we loved it so much we purchased this condo at Summer House, with additional room for our growing family. In 2006 we achieved my life long dream by moving to nearby Lillian Alabama from Michigan. No more snow - hurray! We have since sold the smaller condo, and someday in the far future we plan to retire and enjoy our Summer House ourselves! In the meantime, we visit often and put a lot of thought and effort into keeping the condo first rate and the ultimate vacation spot for our guests.

Even on the 14th floor (with an amazing view) you can hear the ocean waves hitting the snow white beaches. You are direct ocean front, perfect spot for viewing dolphins and manta rays, jumping mullet and sometimes even a shark! This is truly luxury at any time of your day.

Just spent 5 days with our son, DIL and two grandkids (3 & 5) and this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The beds and furnishings are all in perfect condition. The kitchen has all the necessities and every convenience to cook just like you were at home. The huge wrap around deck has views in just about every direction and the condo property, pool area and grounds are extremely well taken care of. The owner Sandy communicates with you like we've been friends for years. It's no wonder why so many people are return visitors here!

I just booked my third year at this condo. We love it, the location is perfect, the condo is fully equipped with everything you need. She even has things for the kids to play with at the beach. I love the view from the balcony! Sandra has been easy to deal with and always available to answer questions.

Another awesome vacation, Sandy's condo just gets more beautiful every year. We enjoyed meeting new people, going to new restaurants, walking & riding bikes in the state park, walking on the beach. Having dinner with great friends. Can't wait to be back next year.....

This is our second stay with Sandy and the condo is wonderful. She has continued with her updates to the unit with new counter tops in the kitchen and a digital key to the front door.. It's the best condo we have rented in the 25 years we have been coming to this area. The kitchen is fully furnished and the washer and dryer are less than 1 year old. You won't be disappointed We have already booked for next summer !

We are going on nine years at Sandy's Condo, every year we are surprised with the updates,this year new granite counted tops, sink, faucet,washer& dryer and a new island. A very beautiful condo with everything you need, Love watching the dolphins in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening on the west side of balcony very relaxing. Will be back next year & more.
