My wife and I are from South Florida but we just love the changing of the season in this south central part of Kentucky. Since we don't have seasonal changes, we love to come up any time we can take a break from our professional lives. We have a tendency to forget to check our office e-mails when we're there.

We purchase this lot in 2004 along with 52 other property owners. As the President for this POA, I wanted to be sure that we kept this community in it's natural wooded setting but also have professional landscaping to give that wow appeal.
