The large full house length covered deck overlooking the lake has 1 large dining table, chairs, a conversation seating set and a large sized gas grill.
The second floor features a family room with large screen TV and couches. One bedroom has a queen, Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and twin bunks as well. The fourth bedroom has 2 full/full bunk beds with one having a twin trundle. Walk out to the large covered full deck with ping pong table and access to the hot tub and firepit. A laundry facility is also on this level.
The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub, outdoor speakers and additional seating. This is a non smoking home. Minimum Age 27 Years for renter responsibility. ( If you have an interest in a week that is showing booked please contact me directly as I have access to other similar properties.) June through August we book Saturday to Saturday.

Should this occur after your visit that fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you have an abundance of trash please notify guest coordinator.
Rinse all dishes prior to placing them in the dishwasher and run them through the cycle.
Close and LOCK all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
Leave the AC set on 72 during the summer or heat on at 70 during the winter. DO NOT SET BELOW 70 WHICH COULD CAUSE UNIT TO FREEZE AND HOURS TO RESET.
DO NOT ADJUST REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER SETTINGS.
Always report any damage or malfunctioning equipment to the guest coordinator.
Prior to using the HOT TUB please wash off all sunscreen, clay, mud or gravel from your body. When not in use always cover the Hot Tub. DO NOT CHANGE SETTINGS ON THE HOT TUB OTHER THAN TO TURN ON JETS. DO NOT ADD CHEMICALS OR WATER TO THE TUB. The tubs are cleaned and maintained weekly.
Grill tools are provided. Please clean the grill with the brush provided as well. The propane is supplied via a line to the grill and has a timer which will automatically shut off.
No wake cove zone!! Please observe.
Furniture/decor is not to be rearranged. Should it be found an extra fee will be charged for time needed to reset.
No Smoking!!!
Fires only in firepit.
