The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to Coastal Waves Vacations.
Changing Agreement Holder, Property, or reducing the length of stay from the original dates invokes the cancellation policy.
Cancellation of the arrangement due to non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your entire payment.
Reservations made on the third-party travel sites such as but not limited to HomeAway, TripAdvisor, etc. follow the cancellation policy posted on party’s reservation site.
Reservations made directly with Coastal Waves Vacations results in the following:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in the forfeiture of your entire payment.
Cancellations within 60-31 days prior to the Arrival Date will receive a refund minus 25% of total rental rate, minus the non-refundable reservation/processing/administrative fees plus tax and minus any travel and DPP.
Cancellations outside of 61 days prior to the Arrival Date will receive a 100% refund of amount paid minus a $75 cancellation fee, minus the non-refundable reservation/processing/administrative fees plus tax and minus any travel and DPP.
CWV regrets that they are unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen cancellations which may be purchased up to 7 days prior to Guest’s Arrival Date. In the event of an ordered evacuation due to hurricanes or other storms, Guests are required by state law to evacuate the Property. CWV will not issue refunds, rebates, reductions or compensation for any weather-related or personal issues, including but not limited to, tropical storms, hurricanes, work expectations, family emergencies or other commitments.
RESCHEDULING AND CHANGES: All requests must be in writing and 7 days prior to Arrival Date. Rescheduling of reservations is subject to a $50 fee, availability, and is approv
