With a living area of over 2200 sft. and a pool area of 1615 sft., a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
The west facing villa is located on the shore of one of the numerous salt water channels, with direct access to the open sea, in an absolutely quiet residential street, without through traffic.
This vacation rental has a new and large boat dock with sunbathing lawn. Due to the preferred western exposure you can admire fantastic sunsets on the covered terrace. As soon as you enter the house, you have an unbelievable view of the spacious pool area, with a pool bath, and the wide canal.
High ceilings, sunny and bright rooms and large panoramic sliding doors, through which the living room can be completely opened to the covered terrace and the pool, create a spacious atmosphere. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV and a Sonos system has been installed for musical entertainment.
The kitchen with bar counter is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
The two master bedrooms, with channel view and direct access to the pool, are equipped with king-size beds. The master suite includes a spacious bathroom en suite with tub, large shower, double washbasin and toilet. In the 2nd bathroom there is a large shower, a washbasin and a WC. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed for 2 persons, the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds.
The house also has 4 bicycles and various seating furniture to take to the beach.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception
