property. Violation of these terms will be considered a breach of contract and could result in eviction from the property without refund. Any other person in the property is the sole
responsibility of Guest. Maximum number of people - adult and children - is limited to six (6). There is no exception to this policy.
4. Dreamscape is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or
illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Report any problems to the owner.
6. Please pull linens and pillow cases off bed and place in tub or shower before leaving.
7. With the exception of folding chairs left outside by the picnic table, no other furniture should be taken from the outside decks to the beach. Or from inside the house.

9. Please start the dishwasher before you leave. Pellets are provided under the sink.

Our family lived on this property for many years. It is filled with our unique collection of Gulf Coast artwork and pottery. This home has been in our family since it was originally built in 1983. We have loved it and it has loved us back. West Beach in Gulf Shores offers the best of both worlds: pristine white beaches and emerald-green waters without the clutter of wall-to-wall condominiums and the over-crowded beaches that generally accompany condominium-based beaches. There are many restaurants in the area serving up local seafood in a variety of settings: from ultra-casual barefoot beach-side cafes (Bahama Bob's is our one of our favorites) to fusion-inspired setting choose to please the discerning palate (Villagio Grille tops our list).

Buy a salt-water fishing license from Wal-Mart where they also have any other equipment you might need, including frozen bait (Sand fleas work great, as do ghost shrimp if you know how to get them), and catch your dinner of redfish, pompano, whiting, mullet, and flounder to name a few.

This is the second time we have rented this house for a week. It is in the perfect location, well maintained, and has every comfort of home. We will be back again!

This is our 3rd time staying at Dreamscape so of course, we love it. Richard pays attention to all details and is quick to answer my questions. What I like about this house is we are allow to use anything that is in the cabinets, especially spices or ketchup etc. There is also foil, baggies, toilet paper things that make your stay nicer. Other houses we have stayed in are wiped clean of anything. The deck furniture on all three levels are the best!! Thanks for sharing your home again with me and my children. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and the repair man came but I told him we were fine during our stay, so it was not fixed while we were in the home. You may need to think about changing the mattress in the guest bedroom upstairs, it is starting to have a "bowl" in it. :)

I can not say enough good things about this property. Every morning we drank our coffee from the deck and looked out at the ocean. The house is kept in great condition, clean, and decorated very well. My daughter says "it has a great beach feel". The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, but there are many restaurants close by. The last morning we left we were bid fairwell by a family of dolphins. I have three children and they love that they could just walk out the back door and be in the sand and waves. We will never choose a different house. This one feels like a home away from home.
