Maximum Occupancy: There are no more than 8 persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term. If you have changes for the number of the party, please notice the homeowner immediately. If we find out that there are more than 8 people stayed at the Property, you will lose your $250 safety deposit.
