Why This Property?
We had been going to Mexico and Rocky Point, specifically, for years. We had camped on Sandy Beach before the high rise buildings and truly loved the small shrimping community. Las Palomas is the best resort in Puerto Penasco and we purchased our ground floor condo to celebrate countless memories with our family and children.

Unique Benefits
Rocky Point is only four hours from Phoenix or Tucson. The ground floor location of our condo will spoil you as you never are forced to ride the elevators and can walk out directly to the pools and beach. The patio is nearly twice the size of all the condos above it and has perfect sun exposure when needed and shade when appropriate in the hottest parts of the day.

I have stayed several times at Las Palomas after I discovered it two years ago. I have never stayed on the ground floor until this time. This condo is awesome. My family and I loved everything about it from the ground-floor location to the huge patio with all the places for our friends and family to sit to the fully stocked kitchen to the king-sized comfortable beds to the queen-sized wall bed. We were very pleased plus working with Marie was great. She also found our friends condos in the same building so we could all be together. I full recommend this condo and Marie if you are looking for a condo at Las Palomas. She knows everything! Just ask her.

We flew in from Iowa to visit relatives in Arizona but thankfully spent our time in this condo in Mexico instead of the DRY HEAT!. What a beautiful place and then to stay in such a nice condo! It has a large shaded patio with lots of seating options so that with the ocean breezes, we spent hours just watching people from our elevated patio. Large kitchen, perfect for cooking meals or for snacking. Comfy beds. In the evenings, the huge dining room table could not have been more perfect for our gaming family. Loved this condo even in July. We would go back any time of the year!
