Reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $20 booking fee Payment of balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival for Summer season rentals or 20 days prior to arrival for Winter season rentals

Reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival for Summer season rentals or 30days prior to arrival for are refunded full deposit minus $100 administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended.

Loved the place and especialy fishing on the lake. Love that this in the center to great activities. Nice and quiet clean location
