4. SMART TRIP Card Sharing. We provide 4 pre-loaded metro/bus fare cards. Using a SmartTrip card saves you time and $1 on each trip in metro and buses. We ask you to reload the cards at the end of your stay (if you used them) and, please, do not forget to leave them in the apartment for the next guest.
5. Wine Sharing. You will find a set of red and white wine in your apartment and the Game room. You can open any bottle that you like and enjoy it to relax after a long trip. We ask you to replace it with a new bottle at the end of your stay.
6. Pets Day Care. We provide basic needs care such as feeding and a potty break for animals as needed upon your request, if or when you plan an extended day out. We make sure that your pets are attended while staying inside the fenced yard. Please pick up after your pets before you leave.
7. Trash. Trash bins are in the garage accessible through the Game Room. Blue bin is for recyclables and green bin is for regular trash.
8. Bicycles. 2 bicycles with two locks are available for you to use. They are inside the garage on the wall. You can leave them outside and lock them to the railing, if you intend to use them multiple times during your stay. Please, place them back on the wall hooks before you depart.
9. Parties . Please, notify me in advance if you intend to have visitors or a small party not to exceed 8 people. Game Room activities are expected to stop by 11 PM. Your guests can not stay in the Game Room overnight.
