Charming 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the latin quarter. Right in the historical center of Paris, 50 yards from place Saint-Michel, it is on a quiet interior cobblestone, flowery courtyard. The apartment, very accessible on the ground floor, is located in a secure building with keycode and interphone.
It can comfortably lodge up to 4 people, with a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two individual beds in the other.
Perfectly equipped with cable-TV, DVD, Stereo, Wide Band Internet Access, unlimited local phone and calls to the USA. It has a fully equipped integrated kitchen with dishwasher, laundry washer/dryer, microwave oven and vitro-ceramic cooking range, as well as iron and ironing board.
This apartment is the ideal spot from which you can visit Paris. You will be located a few minutes' walk from the Seine River, the Panthéon, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Luxembourg Garden and within 100 yards from metro (underground rail) stations Saint-Michel and Odéon. You have direct access by rail from the Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Numerous bus lines will you conveniently lead you all over Paris. Three public carparks are located within 50 and 300 meters from your apartment.
For your daily needs, you will find all shops nearby (among which a 24 hr bakery), fresh fruit and vegetables shop, the Saint Germain des Prés market. You will be in the heart of the prestigious fashion shopping area of Saint-Germain, both artistic and lively with numerous cafés, restaurants, art galleries, bookstores, cinemas (most of them with original english soundtracks). You can be certain to find the kind of outing for all tastes.

Courtyard
The courtyard is only used to access the various apartments. You cannot use it:
• To hang out clothes to dry
• To play (children)
• To sit out
• To smoke
No loud talking after 10pm and before 8am.
Please carry your luggage to the building hall if you leave early in the morning. Rolling luggage on the cobblestones will wake all the neighbors.
Trash
Please dispose of trash as directed, properly using the recycling bins,
• white for glass (not after 10pm, please),
• yellow for paper and various packaging materials, cans, plastic bottles – no bags,
• green for general garbage, in properly sealed bags (provided under the sink)
Doors
Use the button on the right to unlatch. Never use the handle on the right-hand door pane. Make sure the door latches properly when you enter or exit the building, to insure no unwanted visitors come in.
Washing machine
Never force the machine’s door. Wait for the end of the cycle. Call owner if you cannot open it. It will break!

This apartment was just what we needed for myself and my two adult sons. Centrally located---more than central really--it is PERFECT. Great restaurants and cafes, metro, etc. The apartment itself was nice--safe and comfortable. We didn't use the TV but there is an extensive movie library. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean met us at the apartment and helped us get settled. He was very helpful in navigating the metro and pre trip communications were timely. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend.
This apartment totally suited our needs. It was within walking distance to many attractions and the metro was also nearby. Two bedrooms with a total of three beds was perfect for our family of four. There was always adequate hot water for our showers. The bathroom had a towel dryer, which was wonderful as we happened to be visiting during an unusually rainy period, making everything slow to dry. The kitchen was small, but functional for preparing small meals. Accessibility to the internet was definitely appreciated. Jean-Pierre was very approachable and friendly. We couldn't have hoped for better accommodations.
The apartment is located near the Saint Michel #4 Metro and the RER-B to either airport. This made touring the city extremely convenient. Notre Dame was right across the river. There's no shortage of restaurants but you could go deeper into the Saint Germain area to find spots where locals eat. The apartment itself is on the ground floor. It was very rainy the entire week, so keep all food put away and sealed up. The heat worked and that was great because Paris had an late April cold spell (we missed the good weather the week before and after). The best part is the constant communication and friendliness of Jean and his daughter Jessica. We can't thank him enough. I highly recommend them. Merci.
Just returned from my first (and not last) visit to Paris. The apartment is small by US standards but met all of our needs. The locations is superb and close to everything including some wonderful restaurants. Felt like a true Parisian staying there. Jean Pierre was a joy to work with, very responsive and helpful. Only one suggestion: as four women staying there, the lighting for applying make up was very dim, but other than that, it was fabulous. Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
A simply perfect place to stay. This was an excellent base camp for a wonderful vacation week. Great location in the middle of the 6th, central to sights, parks, walks, metro - everything. This wonderful ground floor apartment is on a small but vibrant street. It has everything you need - room to spread out in the living room, functional kitchen and ample bathroom/shower facility. The apartment was as advertised - set up and clean. And Jean-Pierre is a great host. He was in touch with us before and leading right up to our arrival. He met us on that first day - with water, fruit, and wine! And he saw us off, even helping us get airport transportation. Finally, the security deposit was returned within a few days of our departure. I will stay here every time I come to Paris - and you should too.
