Set out on a picturesque rocky outcropping at the end of a beautiful sandy beach, the 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is literally at the oceans edge! Large corner windows in the living room frame stunning ocean vistas centered around the Minot Lighthouse. French doors lead to an expansive wrap around deck with comfortable lounging and dining areas. All of the bedrooms have water views and two of them open onto a large private second floor deck.
Guests will want to explore the dramatic rocky coast as well as enjoy all of the activities the beautiful sandy beaches have to offer. Kids and adults alike will love hunting for crabs and other sea life among the many tidal pools. Kayaks and bicycles are provided for guests to explore this beautiful area. Fish from the rocks, take a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood or simply relax around the nearly 3000 SF house. Whatever activity you choose, the views are always spectacular!

The site once was once home to a lobster business containing 3 buildings. Those were all destroyed in the blizzard of '78 after which the two current buildings were constructed in 1980.
This spot is very special. The views, the views. the views! A magnificent panorama stretches from the natural beauty of "the Glades" peninsula to the point outside Scituate Harbor to our south. The tides rise and fall an average of 8 feet twice each day to reveal or cover the surrounding picturesque rock ledges. These stunning views are mesmerizing, with the rhythmic waves and immovable rocks combining to provide an endless interaction of nature. The large wrap around deck is elevated, offering a sense of privacy as well as the perfect comfortable vantage from which to enjoy the remarkable scenery.

This property has the best view of any rental in the area. We have a private beach but are also adjacent to a large sandy public beach (NOT 25 miles!). The tide pools right outside the door are fun to explore. The house is very comfortable and was remodeled in 2009 with many new upgrades. We have direct ocean front on two sides of the house, providing many viewing opportunities as well as a feeling of privacy. A private deck off the master and second bedroom stretches the full width of the house and offers additional space to lounge. The rock ledges are fun to explore in the kayaks and when snorkeling.
Living nearby, we are able to manage and clean the property ourselves and work to ensure our guests have the best experience.
