Come and enjoy our newly remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bathroom beach house. Enjoy the opened floor plan on main floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite. You'll have no noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60" flat screen tv in the renovated family room. Plank Porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood!
Enjoy the extra large deck off the family room. We just completed changing the decking to a grey Azek material and new railings. We also added a new large table with incredibly comfy dining chairs. To complete the deck renovation we added a staircase off the back deck. The wall to wall sliding glass door system in the family room out to the back deck has expanded the view of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean. We also purchased a new reclining sofa for your added comfort.
Enjoy Fripp Island's beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our large decks while relaxing with a cup of coffee or your favorite night time cocktail!! The family room screened in porch has a table which seats 8 for your relaxed dining. Watch the Dolphins swim by and enjoy life at As The Crowe's Fly beach house!
Our dining room table seats 8. New beachy China, glasses pots and pans, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, mixing bowls, lots of wine and champagne glasses too!! We've owned the property since September 2014, and have tried to outfit it with all you'll need to entertain your friends and family ensuring you have a wonderful relaxing, memory filled time at Fripp Island!
We can't wait to share our beach house with you and your family! Amenity Cards are needed to access all the pools, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness club, etc., at Fripp Island. We will provide up to 7 Amenity Cards at no cost to you.
The Cabana Club is just steps away from our vacation rental home. It has 3 pools...an oval pool which is heated in the winter months. A lagoon style pool, and the cutest kids pool with a giant green frog slide for your little ones. There is an outdoor restaurant called Sandals and Willie's pool side bar.
Camp Fripp is right around the corner from our home where adults and children can sign up for fun seasonal activities. Beyond Camp Fripp is a playground for little ones and a sand volleyball court and basketball court.
As you can see, our location is the spot to be!!

24 Sea Mist sits right on Skull Creek with breathtaking views of Skull Creek, the Marsh, the Atlantic Ocean and the newly formed beach at end of Tarpon Road due to Mother Nature.
Our back decks are oversized at 17x12 and views are just so cool of marsh, creek and ocean. Guests love the porch off family room being screened with no-see-um screening which keep those pesky bugs out!
