We just left this resort on Thursday May 25th, 2017 @1200am. We were there for 6 days, the children really enjoyed the pool and their character rooms. We were very comfortable and the house really felt like home. Besides the Florida rain we had a great time and would definitely rent this home again on our next stay to Florida. Thanks for being their 24 hours to answer any questions or minor concerns that arose during our stay. The home was really beautiful!!!!!!
We originally had booked in October but Hurricane Matthew made us postpone till April. Janine was so helpful and accommodating in both keeping us alert to the weather in Orlando and then allowing us to carry a credit and rebook this April. Whenever I had a question, I had an answer promptly from her. When our airline was not being as cooperative , she was even giving me numbers to call to try and help! The house is beautiful! Well equipped and information and helpful hints throughout the house. We had 7 in our group and 2 of them were elderly. All the main floor bedrooms and main level living were perfect for them. Very spacious and professionally decorated! Close to many restaurants, stores and all the Disney theme parks. We will definitely be back for just a "chill" vacation next time! The pool was a favorite for all of us! It was probably the easiest vacation rental house I have ever booked because of Janine and all her helpful info. Thanks ,Janine , for helping us make our mothers 80th birthday a very memorable event!!!
We have stayed in Windsor Hills multiple times through the years. Our children, 2 boys aged 8 and 6, and 1 girl, aged 2 and my parents, myself and my husband visited this time. We love Windsor Hills because it's the closest to Disney world and the resort is beautiful. This home was one of the better homes we stayed in. The owner, Janine, was always responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect and roomy. We had everything we needed and really appreciated having a stroller at our disposal! We also enjoyed the home's proximity to the clubhouse. Perfect vacation.
We were a family of 8 who rented the home for 9 nights(2/16 - 2/24). Two sets of adults and the oldest child occupied the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The other children, 2 boys and 1 girl, had the two bedrooms upstairs. There was ample room for all of us. Having a kitchen to cook meals in was a blessing. We even had time to use the pool table and air hockey game housed in the garage, along with the pool and spa. Access to the property was secure and all staff working in Windsor Hills were very polite and helpful. The owner of the property responded to our questions promptly. Its all about the owner(s) of the property and the effort they go to that speaks loudest. Kudos to the Williams who make sure the property is well maintained.
