We enjoyed our stay in Debbie's Indian Rocks condo. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there is a new Weber gas grill on the pool deck as well. The beachside patio has quality outdoor furniture and a lovely dune protecting it. Lots of chairs to enjoy a cocktail and the sunsets, which were stunning. The beach is beautiful and easily accessed from the building. A convenient outdoor shower to remove sand. We found the Master bed to be comfortable and the room quiet at night. Even though it is right on Gulf Blvd, it is very quiet at night on Indian Rocks Beach as it seems to be mostly the older set staying and living there. No late night bar noise at all. Slyce Pizza is delicious, the best pizza we have had in years and ate there twice! We really liked Guppy's in Bellair Beach. Nice that there are so many restaurants in walking distance to the condo. We enjoyed Grouper and Gulf Shrimp at Crabby Bill's and Lulu's. Wanted to get to popular JD's and Villa Gallace but will try them next time. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and there are also lots of beach towels for guests. Also extra blankets for cool nights. Plenty of clothing storage in the bedrooms, big closets and lots of drawers. The location is excellent as we were in town for a birthday at Bellair Country Club. We explored St. Pete one day, Tampa another and Clearwater another. Lots to see and do. The waterfronts in all three cities are looking well cared for with maintained parks, new restaurants and attractive high-rise condos being built. St. Petersburg's Beach Drive has lots of hip sidewalk cafes with beautiful views of the waterfront park and the Marina.The Dali Museum and Tampa Museum of Art are spectacular buildings and enjoy waterfront settings. Debbie is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions. We would stay at her condo again in the future.
We were absolutely impressed with the condo. Very clean, and comfortable. There was a playpen for our one year old which was a bonus! Lots of beach towels, toys, and a pool. We will definitely be coming back!
We were so happy with our stay! The condo was well maintained and everything we had hoped for...loved the comfy towels and beds and appreciated the full size washing machine. The pool area on the beach was fantastic and was as lovely as the picture. I enjoyed being able to grab some shade by the pool but still see the ocean. The house and pool area were well equipped for a wonderful vacation. The only minor suggestion I would make would be to have some plastic wear cups to have drinks near the pool. We also liked that the house was within easy walking distance to a CVS to easily grab any other necessities we needed.

Needing a well deserved holiday, we could not wait to get into our rental. After a VERY long journey from the UK and delays at Tampa due to lightning, we arrived so tired I would have slept in the road! The steps were a little challenging after 30 odd hours travelling but once in......Yaaaay...HOME! We all fell into bed...and what beds! They were so welcome after such a journey and so comfy. The first thing everyone said when waking was how great they were. The rooms were well appointed- exactly as in the photos so you felt you knew it already. Everything you needed was there. Exploring was first and we found JD's across the street to be our place to eat often with the kids. We found the food excellent, not flash. but beautifully cooked and staff attentive and helpful. The pool was our piece of heaven and we all had great fun. Having a heated pool was such a luxury....no one wanted to get out...but that 95 degrees sun can sure crisp the skin so we had to come away and sit in the shade and there were plenty of areas to take a break. The beach...the beach....This is one of the reasons I chose this rental as it had such a wonderful picture of how close the beach was. Believe me it is that close. We loved it. The sea soooooo warm (like a bath) so nice when our UK shores are like getting into an ice bath! It was great to be able to have your own piece of the beach and look behind you at your 'home'. The beaches are never crowded at IRB and we loved it. The rental had inflatables which were a welcome touch and used greatly. Also having an umbrella for those sunny days. As a family, having the fridge next to the pool was a god send. Saving time keep running back up the stairs meant more time by the pool/beach. We did venture to Clearwater & St Pete's and dropped by Madeira beach...but do you know what....IRB is far better!! We had no issues with the wi-fi and this was one of the reasons we chose this rental..teenagers cannot live without it. The air-con was superb and easily controlled. Everything you need is here. Debbie was always prompt with her emails and willing to help which was very reassuring. We were all sad to leave (as all the other reviewers) and felt it was 'OUR HOME' for those 2 weeks of heaven.If you want to be in a relaxed part of Gulf Boulevard, with a selection of eateries on your doorstep, with easy travel connections, soft sand, warm waters and more... THEN LOOK NO FURTHER. See you soon....The Robbins Family x
