The Security Deposit will be returned to the Guest 7-10 days after completion of the holiday as long as there is no damage to the premises or contents, and no loss, breakages, exceptional cleaning reported by the Owner's Management Company or excessive telephone usage( i.e more than would be reasonable to expect) . after selling our old house as the children grew older we had a break from florida.
when grandkids came along we decided we wanted to buy a family home that we could all use, either together or as separate families.
we fell in love with this house at first sight its on old lake davenport,so my fishing needs are taken care of.

we fell in love with this house at first sight its on old lake davenport,so my fishing needs are taken care of.
Its also on a quiet safe family community with a golf coarse running through, so golf for my sons are sorted.
A secluded private pool and spa with great sunbathing and also shaded lanai, so that's the wife and daughter in laws sorted.
and 6 miles from disney ad that's my grandchildren sorted, perfect.

for fishermen fish the lake early, for golfers play nine holes onsite by 9am, and then do the family things at the parks. we are only 15mins from disney grounds so get back for a cool dip and a bbg on our large gas BBQ and then return for the evening parades and fireworks.
