Great townhouse for party of up to 12. We were a group of 5 adults, 3 teenage girls and 2 boys 8 and 9 year old. Town home was very spacious, well maintained and well located close to the boardwalk and convention center. Close enough to the crowded part of boardwalk as well as quieter part of Wildwood Crest sidewalk. Owner was very responsive, helpful and clear in directions. Parking for 2 cars and safe and plenty of overnight street parking for a 3rd if needed. Town home is 4 levels therefore can be a concern if climbing up and down is a challenge. However this also provides privacy for different groups if they choose to sleep, watch movies etc simultaneously. Next door to good restaurants/breakfast places. Would recommend this home to others planning for a rental in Wildwood. Thanks Parag.
This townhouse was beyond perfect for 6 adults and kids 2, 4, 6, and 8 years old! It was so specious that we never felt cramped. Thank you so much for everything, Parag! You were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Our group had the best week together and we could not have asked for a better location (restaurants, beach, boardwalk, ice cream, rides, mini golf, and the Pirate Cruise). We never took the cars out all week. The pool was great for the kids after a long beach day. We can't wait to return!
We were very pleased with the house, and owner. As others have mentioned he is very quick to respond. We had no issues with the home as it was as advertised. The location is great, and several days the car stayed parked. The middle of the boardwalk was close. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to accommodate up to 11 people.
The house was in a great location, was clean and had everything we needed for a great reunion. 11 of us fit easily into the house, parking was not a problem either. From start to finish, the owner was very nice and quick to respond. All in all- a great trip.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Very informative and quick to respond. The bedroom layouts worked well for our family. The kitchen was a good size with plenty of dishes/silverware for our group. 3-1/2 bathrooms were great to have and very spacious. The home was beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. The home was a convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved that it was a corner lot. The pool is a shared pool but nice size for multiple groups. There are lots of stairs which didn't bother our group but should be kept in mind if climbing stairs is difficult for you. We booked our vacation next year already. We will definitely be return customers!!
