One bedroom private suite featuring a pillow top queen-size bed, full kitchen, full bath and outdoor shower, living room w/queen size sofa bed and dining area. ALL with a oceanFRONT view and access! No where else on the Washington coast will you be this close to the beach.
Accommodations for 1 to a maximum of 4 people.
Gas fireplace, covered patio with HOT TUB and BBQ, landscaped yard and fire pit, WI FI internet access and covered clam/fish cleaning room with sink.
Two miles north of Pacific Beach, 3 miles north of Seabrook.

Walk out your door for a beachwalk to the Moclips River or the town of Pacific Beach. Beachcomb, watch a storm, surf fish, clam dig, surf, kayak, run, play ball, build a sandcastle, fly a kite or just sit and enjoy at your own private sitting area on the beach.
Sit in the house, on the patio or in the hot tub and watch your kids safely play on the beach, see whales, eagles all beach activity right in front of you. Your view extends north, to Pt. Grenville and south, to Ocean Shores. Beach is closed to driving from April 15th through Labor Day.
It is a short drive to Pacific Beach, Lake Quinault, the Olympic Peninsula and Ocean Shores. Great fishing is nearby.
This is the place to create your own special memories. You won't want to go home!

Why This Property?
We moved to the beach when we were in our 40's and the next thing we knew we are in our 60's! Time flies when you're having fun.

I have been coming to this beautiful ocean location since I was a little girl and due to our careers, we were able to make our dream come true of living here after our children were raised. We built our guest apartment and home next door to my family's cabin which was built in 1957.
Living here with the ocean right in front of us has been amazing and a dream come true.
The wonderful guests we have had only make it richer.

Waking up to the pristine ocean with eagles, seagulls, pelicans, deer, fishing boats and activities on the beach with a cup of coffee will fill up your senses.
Lounge in the living room, on the patio or in the hot tub or take a beach walk and enjoy the outdoor heated shower when you come off the beach. Walk to the nearby town of Pacific Beach for an espresso and shopping, head north to the Moclips River or head east to the unspoiled forests.
