Sea Mar Condo is newly furnished and offers free wireless internet. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, and blender. The dining area seats 6 people. There are 3 flat screen televisions (master, guest and living room), radio/DVD player, all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach cart, and beach toys. The balcony has chairs and a table for viewing the amazing sunsets.
The South Seas property has heated pools, hot tubs, fitness facility, covered parking, clay tennis courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling. Tigertail Beach also offers a picnic area and rentals of paddle boards, boogie boards, kayaks, floating tricycles, paddle boats, cabanas and chairs.
There are places nearby that rent jet skis or offer parasailing. Several golf courses are also located on the island. Downtown Naples is 18 miles away with great shopping and dining. The Everglades are a short drive as well offering air boat tours and alligator sightings.
Sea Mar Condo is managed by a property manager who provides around the clock service to answer any questions or maintenance concerns should they arise. We look forward to sharing our Marco Island condo with you for the vacation of your dreams.

The condo was just beautiful and had everything we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing time. The owners are very knowledgeable about the area and were willing to answer any questions we had about the area or the condo. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing and hearing the ocean. We actually walked on the beach several times a day. The best time to be on the beach for us was at sunset the sunsets were amazing. Looking forward to staying in this beautiful condo in the futur
Our stay at Sea Mar Condo was absolutely wonderful. The amenities that were provided were just what we needed. We chose to cook a few meals in the condo, and had everything that we needed to do so. We frequented the beach, which is just a short walk from the condo. They provided everything that we needed to enjoy our day. From umbrella, to chairs, and even children's toys, they had it all. The pool was beautiful as well, and very easy to get to from the condo. The balcony of the penthouse is perfect for relaxing and watching a beautiful sunset. Location is great for this condo as well. We were just a few minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We will definitely be back!
This was my third stay in this condo, and it exceeds all expectations! Everything you need is provided - fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and towels, Wi-Fi, and lots of other things. It's newly updated and very clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony very morning, with the beautiful view of the beach and pool area. There are lots of things to do in Marco island, including great shelling and amazing sunsets. I'll definitely stay here again!
The condo owner is very helpful with providing tips and places to eat, etc. The condo was updated, well equipped, and very nice. We didn't need anything but food. Conveniently located at Tigertail Beach. 19th floor gave us amazing views and the balcony was nice and large. Comfy furniture. A home away from home. Convenient location! Elevators were fast and convenient. Pool was great! Amazing shells on the sandbar!
THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN MARCO ISLAND! We stayed as a family with a 5 year old but every version of traveler would love this home! They have been very thoughtful of all the needs of guests. EVERY TIME we said "wouldn't it be nice if they had" and they did! We saved many dollars not having to buy anything and being able to eat in as we liked. Th location is close to everything! Be sure to walk to the sand bar, 500 feet to the right at low tide. Water shoes are a must for walking on all the shells!
