Why This Property?
We purchased our Beach front home early 2012 and with home came this Duplex shared by 2 other Beach front home owners. It was built in 2005 to be used when friends and family came to visit. It was rarely used, so we decided to put it in the rental market when it was not occupied. We are now 50% owners and have personally enjoyed staying here during our remodeling of our Beach

Location, location, location!! Beach, Bay kayaking, paddle boarding, dolphin and manatee watching from your patio. Fishing from the dock. Walk the beach or just the sidewalk to either Docs Beach House to the South about a mile or to Big Hickory to the North for great food, drinks and fun. Absolutely Beautiful

Our family stayed in this property renting both sides of the adjoining units. Property is exceptionally clean, very modern accommodations. Nice to look out the patio doors to see the waterway as the sun rises in the morning. Unit had many dishes for cooking in the fully equiped kitchen. Nice location to walk the sidewalk both directions. We will definitely go back!! Super nice!!!
