Payment Policies

The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Deposit Requirements

$500 deposit required per reservation and returned once property is cleared of any damages or additional electricity consumption

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Christmas, New Year and Ester weeks are only refundable if we are able to re-book the property and subject to 10% re-booking fee.

We include a reasonable amount of electricity for each stay, however, over-consumption will be deducted from security deposit

Beautiful Condo

The 3 bedroom unit overlooked the ocean, downtown PV and the mountains to the east. All bedrooms had attached bathrooms with showers. The Master also had a bathtub. The unit was beautifully furnished. Parking, if you have a vehicle was underground with an elevator right up to your unit. Any minor issue we had was immediately responded to by the property manager. The maid came in twice per week and did a great job of cleaning. The third bedroom did not have a tv but the other two did. Stores and restaurants are close by. Taxis are summoned quickly at reception on the main floor or by the parking area facility. All staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The unit, building, grounds and pool are very clean. The beach is wide and very walkable. If you are a tv watcher and do not speak English, you should know there are very few English channels. We would stay here again in a minute. Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our first time visiting Mexico. We stayed here for five nights in December. This spacious apartment had plenty of room for our family of four along with our teenagers' two friends. We loved hanging out in the kitchen/common area with large sliding glass doors on two sides that open onto a large wrap around balcony, with a wonderful tropical breeze coming coming through. The apartment is tastefully appointed. We made good use of the beach, pool, and exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downtown PV was a quick cab ride away. We really enjoyed our stay here - it made our vacation!
