Why This Property?
This home is a family home, and was purchased by my parents because it has the best beach along the shoreline. The sandbars are amazing, and there are no rocks leading into the water. At high tide, there is a gradual slope into the water, so it is great for kids. The beach is a quiet area, and great for a getaway and just relaxing and having fun. This home is a family home, and was purchased by my parents because it has the best beach along the shoreline. The sandbars are amazing, and there are no rocks leading into the water. At high tide, there is a gradual slope into the water, so it is great for kids. The beach is a quiet area, and great for a getaway and just relaxing and having fun. There are so many things to do in the area. You can walk along the beach to Waters Edge Resort, grab drinks, dinner, and listen to a band. There are many fabulous restaurants in the area. There is an outlet mall in Westbrook, along with a movie theater, and another high end outlet mall 10 minutes away in Clinton. Plenty of shopping in Old Saybrook and Madison as well. So many things to do, but the area still maintains a beach town feel.
