A $500 damage deposit will be collected at the time the reservation is made, and will be refunded within 7 business days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year's week (Dec. 19-Jan. 4th.) will only be refunded when the property is re-booked for the same period, a 10% re-booking fee will apply.
