Superb location directly on the Russian River in Monte Rio. Peaceful setting with lovely yard, private dock, and spectacular river views. The house has three bedrooms, two full baths, large kitchen with newer appliances, dining room, and grand living room. New redwood deck overlooking river and backyard!.
Property has river frontage with private dock that's great for swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing. (Note for full disclosure: you have to walk down several stairs to access the private dock. This is a common feature in the Russian River. You can see the stairs in one of the photos.)
In addition to private dock, there is direct access to the park and river beach. The house has a gate that opens into the park next to the house. Walk through the park and toward the bridge to get to the river beach.
TV: Living room has 40 inch flat screen TV with apple TV unit comes with Youtube tv and Netflix. Note: this is the only TV in the house.
WIFI: is accessible throughout the house.
Quiet hours are 10pm-9am. Maximum occupancy of six persons includes adults and kids over 12.
Sorry, no pets. No hot tub.
