It is walking distance to restaurants & marinas. Bicycles on site for exploring the quiet community roads and the small town of Hope, Idaho. Enjoy sunset and lake views from covered and open decks. Inside, the south facing kitchen opens to a living/dining room with large picture window and wood stove for cold days. A large, airconditioned bedroom connects to a full bath. A little bedroom with bunk beds is adjacent to the large bedroom. Downstairs, a daylight basement has another bedroom with a 1/2 bath. Full laundry facilities are through another door. A new jacuzzi is available for an extra charge. The small fenced yard is very private. There are many local hiking trails near the property into National Forest. This home is near the resort town of Sandpoint (30 min.), Schweitzer Ski Area (45min), Silverwood Theme, Park (90min), the Canadian border (90min) and a scenic drive through Montana and Quinn's Hot Springs resort (60 min). Guests slips or boat rentals are available at local marinas. Lake Pend Oreille is very large and deep with 100 miles of shoreline!

My family has stayed at the Hope house for the last 4 July's. Great place full of character and an amazing view. Last year Lenny the owner extended the deck which is a fantastic bonus. My family has made a ton of fun memories at the lake and appreciated Sailing on the Lake. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer, I would highly recommend staying at the Hope House! Michael
