Full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Smoking areas around the outer perimeter of the swimming pool area and beach. Absolutely no smoking in our condo or balcony please.
One mile from Georgetown, and within walking distance to grocery stores, duty free shops, restaurants, pubs, liquor stores, and tourist sites. More shopping and restaurants at Camana Bay. An additional savings - fins, masks, and snorkels are available for guest use.
Pre departure COVID testing sites along Seven Mile Beach.
You can walk to The Marriott Resort if they are still offering the testing and to Royale Medical & Wellness Centre that’s less than a mile away towards Georgetown – across from The Wharf restaurant or same side as KFC. You can also download the Azova app. I haven’t used that yet but people on the I love Cayman Facebook page have mentioned that it’s easy and via zoom. You’ll have to bring your own testing kit and they’ll email you the results in 15 minutes.

We do keep personal items in the condo and know that you will refrain from using them when they are marked with our names in the kitchen, fridge, or closets in the condo. It's your vacation but the renters in the condos above and below us are expatriates who work on the island. Please be considerate of quiet hours after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. especially on the weekdays. Pets are not permitted in rental units nor on the Sunset Cove. The Condo Association has issued policies stipulating that only lawn or deck furniture are allowed on balconies and patios. Do not hang anything over the railings including towels, clothes, rugs, etc. Please conserve energy by turning the thermostat up to 79 when when you are out of the condo. The magnetic sensors on the sliding glass doors will turn off a/c if doors are ajar.

You don't have to get up early to reserve a chair at the pool or the beach!
Snorkeling in the cove and beyond just steps away from the condo makes it fun. Swimming with schools of fish, lobster are part of every day adventures in the cove. Toddlers can build sand castles and swim either in toddler pool or in the ocean where the waves are kept to a minimum by the resort's cove even on a rare windy day.

This was easily a 10/10 stay! The condo is in a wonderful complex with great amenities, great people and great location. All communication with owner was stellar. The best we’ve ever experienced. The unit is updated and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We slept so well! We will for sure book again for our next trip to Grand Cayman as well as recommend to friends and family!

The owners of this vacation property and the property itself is amazing. The owners were available immediately with any concern and quickly responded to the one problem I had (which was me not looking hard enough for a fan remote). It’s a great location and compared to some of the other condos I saw it was renovated just a short time ago and fit our needs exceptionally.

Kheng & Grant’s hospitality was unremarkable! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at their condo which is fully furnished with tons of amenities.
