We are the proud owners of this beach escape since 2004. We have lived in clearwater for 19 years and raised 2 young men. Being within 30 minutes of the beach condo gives us many opportunities to enjoy the beach while maintaining the property and giving it our homey feel. We feel blessed whenever we are there and hope you will feel the same.

Why This Property?
We rented on Indian Rocks Beach when we 1st moved to the Tampa area in 1997. We said this is the beach we want to retire to 1 day.
